Rashley Mews was a unique development of seven maisonettes
with roof gardens or conservatories for open air dining.
Built to exacting specifications by Young &
Partners it offered a rare opportunity to enjoy all the benefits
of modern design and construction technology, whilst living within
one minute of the High Street, and within one of the south coast's
premier yachting centers.
A variety of styles created a most attractive development
with well proportioned and carefully designed rooms, flooded with
natural light, thanks to a generous numbers and size of windows,
some running up to the roof apex of this contemporary design. |
The whole ethos of the development
was for quality and a high standard of living. Security was also important
with automatic gates controlling access after 7.00pm and before
7.00am.
