Young and Partners is a family company run by Peter Young, chairman, Steve Young, Managing Director and Susan Lowe, Financial Director.

Over the last 27 years we have gathered considerable experience converting and building new houses and office accommodation in the south east of England.

Whilst our head office is in Maidstone, Kent, we have a satellite office in Lymington, Hampshire which is run by our projects manager John Austin, an accomplished builder of some 30 years experience.

We are extremely proud of all our projects, old and new, and have always taken great pride in our build quality which we consider to be second to none. To this end all new homes and conversions are built under N.H.B.C. guidelines and carry their 10 year buildmark warranty.
