Beaufort house, The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells.
Originally built in 1884, it fell into disuse in the late 1950's and was a real pleasure to completely renovate in 2001/2002.Accomodation comprised 4 x 1 bed flats, 2 x 2 bed flats and 2 penthouse apartments on the top floor. We retained the original staircases and many period fireplaces and worked closely with the local conservation officer to maintain the character of this magnificent building.
